Ingredients:

2 Tbsp.
Butter or Ghee
1 cup
Quick oats
3 Cups

a2 Milk™ 3.25% Milk

1 Cup
Canned coconut milk
1/3 Cup
Cane sugar
¼ tsp.
Rose water (optional)
½ tsp.
Ground Cardamom
¼ Cup
Golden Raisins (optional)
Garnish
¼ Cup
Sliced Almonds, toasted
¼ Cup
Chopped Pistachios, toasted
Dried rose petals

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter or ghee in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the oats and toss with melted butter to coat. Allow them to toast in the pan just until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the a2 Milk™ 3.25% milk, coconut milk and sugar. Stirring frequently, bring the mixture to very low simmer and cook until the oats are softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  4. Add the rose water (if using), ground cardamom, and raisins (if using), cover and set aside to cool, about 5 minutes. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
  5. Garnish with toasted sliced almonds, chopped pistachios, and dried rose petals.

The a2 Milk™ difference

Our 100% Canadian a2 Milk™ comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2-type protein.

Why does that matter?  Many people say they can feel the difference – that it’s easier on digestion.
